This service is free and only available to Acera Insurance clients. 

Note: You will need your policy number to set up your account. Please contact your insurance broker or one of our client care specialists if you do not know your policy number.

The claims experience can be overwhelming and frustrating. That’s why when unfortunate events happen, you can depend on us to support and guide you – each step of the way.

To report a claim during regular business hours, please call your broker or one of our client care specialists. 

For after-hours assistance, please call our 24-hour claims line at 1.877.422.8123. This team will work with you to ensure the claim is handled quickly and efficiently.  

TIP! Add our after-hours claims line (1.877.422.8123) as a contact to your phone for quick reference should you experience an accident or claims incident. Include a list of all your policy numbers in the contact record (i.e., in the Notes section) so these details are readily available.

Yes, in Ontario digital pink cards are accepted as proof of insurance.

TIP! Use the Client Login app to show proof of insurance. Pink cards and other information can also be printed from your computer using the web-based platform. 

Contact your broker so they can work with your insurer to update your policy, as necessary. It’s important to do this as soon as possible to avoid any coverage gaps.
